The importance of company culture has increased in the past few years, and even more so with Millennials slowly taking over the workforce. It is estimated that by 2025, 75% of the workforce will be Millennials. Companies hiring this technologically savvy generation must understand that Millennials work concerns extend way beyond their paycheck. They want to see if their employer cares about their own goals, personal development and well-being as well as ensuring that corporate social responsibility is important.
They want to fit into a proper work culture, in other words.
